I have been attending births since 2008 and from the very first one, fell head over heels in love.

Birth is totally and utterly transformational. To have someone by your side, experienced in birth to love, support and guide you, is the greatest gift you can give yourself, your baby and your partner. Whether you are after doula support, birth education or both, I have a range of packages to suit everyone. I consider being invited into someone’s birth space an incredible privilege and honour. I use my skills and my intuition to hold space for the birthing person and their support team. Like a sherpa trekking the Himalayas, I can help show you the way, without doing it for you – you are still the one that gets to conquer Everest or in this case Birth!

I am servicing Northern and Eastern Melbourne and Melbourne CBD. I am available for public/private hospitals, and home births upon request. I love working with birthers who are strong, committed, curious and don’t want to settle for the status quo when it comes to birth. A big part of my role is connecting my clients with their inner strength and instincts – getting them to understand that everything they need is already within them.

I cannot empower you, but I will inspire you to empower yourself

I cannot advocate for you (legally I am not allowed to), but I will hold your hand and empower you and your partner to advocate for yourself

I cannot do this for you – but I believe in you, your strength and the love you have for your child

I am located in St Kilda and my clinic is in Northcote – if you are located outside of my 20km radius a $20 travel fee per visit is payable. You may chose to do our pre-natal meeting by Zoom to save on travel costs.

Attendance at a group HypnoBirthing course of your choice (12.5 hour valued at $649)
Unlimited phone/email/text support throughout the remainder of your pregnancy
up to 2 x pre natal visits (up to 1 hour each) to discuss birth preferences (hospital & support team)
Doula support at your birth for up to 10 hours in person*, unlimited via phone, text, video calling
1 x gift package for labour recovery and breastfeeding support
1 x post natal visit (1-2 hours) within 6 weeks of the birth (if required)

BASIC BIRTH BESTIE – $1995

Unlimited phone/email/text support throughout the remainder of your pregnancy
up to 2 x pre natal visits (up to 1 hour each) to discuss birth preferences (hospital & support team)
Doula support at your birth for up to 10 hours in person*, unlimited via phone, text, video calling
1 x gift package for labour recovery and breastfeeding support (can be gifted to a mother in need if preferred)
1 x post natal visit (1-2 hours) within 6 weeks of the birth (if required)

Just a little bit – $995

Phone/email/text support throughout the remainder of your pregnancy
Doula support at your birth for up to 6 hours in person*

ON CALL – $50/hr + additional fees

$75 fee to have me on call
You are then invoiced after your birthing day at $50/hr billed as 1hr slots (ie if I’m supporting you for 1.5hrs you’ll be billed for 2hrs). You will be billed for video, phone, and/or text support as well as face to face support
If required (and I am available) an additional $200 call out fee will be charged for home/hospital attendance (does not include hours attended at home, hours attended are charged at $50/hr)
If you require any pre or post natal appointments, will be charged at $160/hr.

* WHY DO I HAVE A TIME LIMIT?

You’ll find most Doula’s do, I just am transparent enough to have it listed on my website 🙂
I find that by having a time limit on my face to face support, this gives you the most from me. It allows me to be fresh, focused and present.
I don’t leave your side for the time I am face to face with you. I am not like other Doula’s that may sit in the corner knitting while you are birthing. By me being actively present the whole time, your birthing partner (should you have one) can rest so they can be their best self for when the baby arrives
I of course can and will stay longer if required at a cost of $50/hr (who wants to work for free)
I also find that most women DO NOT NEED me there any longer than the time allocated. This is as most birthers that I support are HypnoBirthing educated and have on average shorter labours.
